Taken not long after entering service at Northwich depot, as delivered with a Leyland engine. Noticing no white stripe under windscreen.

After being converted to SNG with white band on the front. Taken in Crewe.
890 - C-Line (above & below)
Taken at Macclesfield after C-Line was taken over by Midland Red North, operations in the town were simple re-named "Midland Red - C-Line" name, 890 as it was in MRN's fleet was sent in to speed up re-paints into MRN's colours (note the Bristol VR still in Crosville,"Englands" green/cream behind).
